Do you offer assembly or setup services?At this time, we do not offer assembly or setup services. Our furniture comes ready for assembly (if required), and most pieces can be easily assembled with basic tools. Instructions are included with each product.

How do I return an item?We offer a 15-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.

Can I change or cancel my order?Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed or shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?Most items are processed and shipped within up to 14 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?We take great care in packing your furniture, but accidents can sometimes happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 15 days of delivery) and provide clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.

What is the status of my order?Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. When your items are shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website (FedEx or UPS).

How much does shipping cost?We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping fees.

Do you offer gift cards?At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we do offer promotions and discounts throughout the year, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or check our website for any updates.

How do I care for my furniture?Each piece of furniture may have specific care instructions, which can be found in the product details or included in the packaging. In general, we recommend wiping down surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh cleaning agents that could damage the finish.

Do you offer international shipping?Currently, we only ship within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to international addresses or U.S. territories at this time.
